Our tenants broke their lease and left the apartment completely trashed. The carpet was destroyed and I had 5 days to get new carpet and painting repairs completed, before a real estate caravan came through for the open house. As a result of Urban Floorings quick turn around time, the flat was painted in two days. The carpet team  efficiently installed the carpet in a few hours, leaving 1 day spare.

They were very helpful, and gave us time to look at selection without pressure. When we asked questions were very thorough and objective.
